30-DAY RETURNS
Khâu offers a 30-day return window for standard, non-engraved items. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, with their original accessories. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop; applicable rights concerning faulty goods are unaffected.
ENGRAVED ITEMS
Engraved items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Items with manufacturing defects remain eligible for a remedy. This does not restrict rights concerning faulty or incorrectly described goods under applicable law.
FAULTY, INCORRECT OR TRANSIT-DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item has a manufacturing defect, is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may help us assess the issue. Khâu will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund, taking account of your applicable consumer rights.
RETURN SHIPPING AND FEES
We do not charge a restocking fee. Khâu covers return-shipping costs for manufacturing defects, incorrect items and transit damage. Customers pay return-shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN
Email [email protected] or call +84 966 660 730. Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide the correct return instructions. Returns are handled at our workshop in Vietnam, at 4S Linh Dong Apartment Complex, Linh Dong, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City. Complete receiving details will be provided when we arrange the return.
REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item, or sooner where required by applicable law. For eligible UK distance-selling cancellations, we refund standard outbound delivery charges as required by law. Your applicable statutory rights, including rights concerning faulty goods and UK distance-selling cancellations, are unaffected by this policy.
Khâu is currently in preview and is not accepting orders. This policy applies when ordering opens.
